The goal

client_name wants marketing that produces qualified leads every month, not only when a campaign is running. This retainer gives you a dedicated team that plans, produces, publishes and measures your marketing month after month, with one clear report on what worked.

What we will focus on in the first 90 days

- Month 1: audit your channels, fix tracking, agree targets and publish the first content.

- Month 2: run a steady publishing schedule and the first tests on your highest-traffic pages and campaigns.

- Month 3: double down on the channels that bring qualified leads and present a plan for the next quarter.

How the retainer works

At the start of each month, we agree a plan with you on a planning call. We deliver that plan during the month and send a report in the first week of the following month. You have one account lead at agency_name who is responsible for the plan, the delivery and the results.

Retainer capacity resets each month. Unused capacity does not roll over unless we agree it in writing. Work outside the agreed plan is quoted separately before we start it.

Foundation

Four long-form content pieces a month, search optimization of new and existing pages, one email newsletter, and a monthly performance report.

Growth (recommended)

Everything in Foundation, plus paid social campaign management, eight content pieces a month, one conversion test a month and planning calls every two weeks.

Scale

Everything in Growth, plus paid search management, two new landing pages a month, weekly calls and a quarterly strategy workshop with your leadership team.

Advertising spend is not included. You pay the ad platforms directly, so you always own your ad accounts and their data. Taxes are added where they apply.

Reporting

Each monthly report shows the work delivered, the results against the targets we agreed, what we learned and what we recommend for next month. You get read access to every dashboard and ad account we use.

Term, changes and cancellation

The retainer starts on start_date and has a minimum term of minimum_term_months months. After the minimum term it continues month to month. Either party can end it with notice_days days' written notice.

You can move up a tier from the start of any month. You can move down a tier after the minimum term, with notice before the next billing month.

Billing

The onboarding fee, and any one-time extras you select, are invoiced when you accept this proposal. The monthly retainer is invoiced in advance at the start of each month. Invoices are due within 15 days.

Acceptance

By signing, client_name accepts this proposal, the retainer tier and extras selected in the pricing table, and the term and billing above.
