Change Order
Change order change_order_number for project_name
Between agency_name ("Agency") and client_name ("Client"). This change order changes original_agreement (the "Agreement").
Requested by requested_by on request_date.
1. What is changing
Add a Resources section to the website: a resource library page, a resource detail template and a category filter, so that the Client's team can publish guides and case studies without developer help. This includes design, build and content management setup for the two new templates.
2. Why
The Client plans to publish gated guides as part of its next campaign. The original scope did not include a template for this content.
3. Added cost
This change adds the following fees to the Agreement. The Client can also choose the optional migration:

The added fees are invoiced with the next milestone in the Agreement and follow the same payment terms. Fees do not include taxes.
4. Timing
This change moves the delivery date from original_launch_date to revised_launch_date. Other milestone dates move by the same amount, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
5. Everything else stays the same
Apart from the changes above, the Agreement continues unchanged. If this change order and the Agreement conflict, this change order applies to the changed work only.
6. When work starts
Agency starts work on this change after both parties sign this change order. Until then, Agency continues with the original scope and schedule.
